FREE OPEN CLASSES 

On the following dates and times, we will open classes to first-time students for free.  You do not have to reserve your space but the policy is first come, first served for mat space, so arrive at least 15 minutes prior to the class you intend to take.

 

March 6 and 13, Saturday Hatha Multilevel 10:00-11:15am

                                       Prenatal 11:30-12:45pm

        March 7 and 14, Sunday                 Yoga for Women                   6:00-7:15pm

        March 9, 12 and 16               Kids Yoga             5:00-6:00pm

        March 16 Beginner's Yoga     6:15-7:30 pm

This workshop is appropriate for athletes, young and old, couch potatoes, and weekend warriors.  It will explore the following:

-how taking one yoga class per week can increase endurance, build strength and reduce injuries

-areas of the body that are typically tight in men and how to loosen and open them

-ways yoga can enhance performance and concentration in your sport or your life

-best yoga poses for men to increase stamina, strength and flexibility, and decrease injuries, joint stiffness, and tendon tightening
