DEENA

Deena's love of yoga began over 10 years ago when she found that it provided peace and calm in the midst of a hectic life.  She enjoyed asana practice for many years until a knee injury forced her to adapt her yoga practice.  This adaptation led her to the more spiritual aspects of yoga such pranayama, meditation, deep relaxation, chanting, and yogic philosophy.  Her daily practice and life now include all aspects and styles of yoga. 

She is certified by the Integral Yoga Institute Princeton and also has a 200-level certification in Hatha yoga.  Deena is registered with the Yoga Alliance and designs/teaches the Dynamic Hatha classes.  Part of her practice is teaching yoga and absorbing the students positive energy. She loves to see the expressions radiating from the students as each class ends, knowing she  helped to bring peace and vitality into their lives.
